No customer service takealot

Have had an issue outstanding since the 25 of august almost 3 weeks now. (not including the time from the 1st problem) spoken to numerous people.(4/5) Bought 2 items; one was damaged; returned it. on resending it was incomplete. Complained and was returned. they refund for the product they messed up twice yet cant resolve them matter of the 2nd item Cannot escalate a matter with Takealot....simply cant get an answer or speak t anybody who can escalate; each time you speak to an agent and nothing happens...no contact made. They do not have managers who can intervene and resolve matters. Generic responses of apologies for inconvenience with no effort to actually resolve the matter. calling the company hasn't helped; phone was dropped on me; excessive waiting and staff tell you cannot escalate matters. they do not have or care for customer service. i have not bought from them since.
