No customer service- No delivery

I have placed an order on the 10th of May, 11th May one of the items were cancelled so I requested everything to be cancelled and according to them it was not possible even though the items were not shipped yet. So according to them I have to log a return. The funny part is that the item keeps showing delivery today before 17h00, everyday since last week 19 May. I won't even mention the back and forth emails I had with the consultants and endless DMs on twitter.I'm a regular shopper at takealot and I have never had a problem before, this is disappointing and it will definitely be the last purchase I make there. Kudos for losing your loyal customer.
