No customer service from Takealot.com

I have been waiting for a phone call since last week Thursday 19th October 2023. I have received emails to which I keep asking for someone to call me, but still to date of righting this I have not received any calls. They have apologized for not calling me, but still have not called.

I think waiting a week for a simple phone call is unacceptable.
