No customer service from Takealot

On 29 August 2024 around 20:50, i purchased items on Takealot, proceeded to payment option where i am linked with Ozow, the payment went through and also got confirmation from my bank that it went through, but Takealot cancelled the order, and stating that payment is not received, after email, no response, i also got in contact with Ozow, and they confirmed that payment was made to Takealot, but Takealot is persistent in saying no payment received, send proof of my bank acc, sent proof of Ozow also that they say payment was made and went through.
