NO customer service

PATHETIC SERVICE! I placed my order on Thursday with Saturday delivery selected. The order only went 'out for delivery' at 14:36 on Saturday, after which I received a confirmation SMS stating delivery would be completed before 19:00. At 17:58, I received a message claiming 'Recipient wasn't available to take delivery — we'll reschedule.' This was an outright lie. I immediately consulted the security guard at the gate, who confirmed that no delivery vehicle had approached the gate, and I received no phone call or any form of contact from the driver whatsoever. After receiving this SMS, I immediately called customer support and waited on the line for 7 minutes without assistance, at which point the call was terminated from their side. This is utterly unacceptable. A false delivery attempt was logged against my order, customer support was unreachable, and the call was dropped without resolution. I expect this to be addressed urgently.
