No customer service

Dec 16, 2023, On 14 December 2023 they only delivered one bag of dog food. I ordered and paid for 2 bags of dog food with other items. Order number #......34892 3 parcels were delivered 2 boxes with items in them and 1 bag dog food.

The worst part is how do you contact them? No phone numeber No email for complaints You can do an online help funtion that do not cater for all situations. They responded with a automated message that my problem will be solved within 24hrs? That never happened.
