No customer service

I have never been frustrated like this before. I have made numerous attempts to call Takealot.com to resolve my issues and after 4 weeks my issue remain unresolved. The staff is unprofessional, lack empathy, are rude... The list is endless. Not to mention that managers cannot be reached. I was planning on buying more items from them but after my recent experiences in 2024 I am done with them. I cannot be treated like a nobody after spending my hard-earned money.
