No customer service

I oredered a parcel from takealot, drove 70km to pick it up in somerset west pick up point because i had to be in Cape Town at 11:30. I get to the pick up and nobody can help me, the whole building is full of takealot staff but nobody can just give me my package. Its the last time me and my family will order from takealot if this is the kind of customer service we get.
