No customer service and bad communication

As Takealot do not want to post my review and they have no customer service: ⭐ 1 star for Takealot and the seller — 5 stars for the product itself.

The product is great and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, the listing is misleading.

The product does NOT come with an HDMI cable, despite the Takealot listing still advertising that an HDMI cable is included. I raised this with Takealot, but they have not corrected the listing or even addressed the issue with the seller.

Instead, Takealot wants me to send the speaker back so they can “inspect” it. There is nothing to inspect. The box contents are clearly listed by the manufacturer, and an HDMI cable is not included in the box contents. Sending the speaker back will not magically produce an HDMI cable that was never supp****.

The product itself is excellent, but Takealot and the seller need to correct the misleading listing rather than expecting customers to return a perfectly good product to prove that something was never included.
