No Customer Service

I received a Discount Code to use for todays shopping only. I was so pleased and then went to order, as required from items I was hoping would come on special. Sadly after pressing confirm order, I noticed the sms is for funds taken from my account was the full amount. I went back and noticed the code was not automatically put in. So I tried to cancel the order. Twice with out effect, within 15 mins of placing the order. The first I received a Ticket *** - 7 mins after placing the order, and second Ticket *** - 15 mins after placing the order. I tried calling and spoke to Chadwyn.Ad, who said he is unable to cancel the order and then said he will refer it to the manager and call me back. 20 mins later, I received an email to say "indly note the following order has been processed, I am unable to allocate the R150 discount to the order as this has already been processed".

So sad that the discount is not allocated automatically and then try resolve the matter for a client. NOT HAPPY
