No customer service

I lodged a complaint via Takelot regarding them not honoring their return policy and replacement of damaged goods. I got 1 email from person that was assigned to my case. Asking all the details I have givin allready again. Several days later still no word. Simone D stopped communication so it seems. No follow up. No reply to any of my email. Nothing from support. Just No response or responsibility from Takelot!
