No customer service.

I've been trying to contact takealot all morning. I've stuggled to get a contact number for them and eventually found one on an old invoice.

according to takealot tracking my parcel was delivered yesterday but i didn't receive it. How the hell am i supposed to get a hold of someone to sort this out if they don't answer the phone and don't answer emails?
