No customer service

As a take a lot customer I am truly unsatisfied with the lack of customer service. I have experience with regards to an order. On numerous times I have contacted the call centre and been promised a manager will call me back. As this has been escalated on the system. Clearly no one cares about customers services. Because no manager did call.<br> <br> It is ridiculous that this order was placed on the 10 December and I have still not received it. The most frustrating part of is I am not were closer to have this resolved. Up till today no manager has contacted me.<br> <br> Unsatisfied customer
