No customer loyalty

I ordered a desk during the December while the discounts where running. I received a faulty desk that couldn't be assembled. I was informed the desk is out of stock and can't be replaced. Any store that cares for their customers would help you get a similar product but they refused to help with the non-promotion price. I was basically told it is your problem. I will NEVER use takealot again!
