No customer care or moral compass

Still waiting for a return or refund of an item sent back to them 11 June. First of all it wasn’t even taken out of its box to be checked before the return being declined and now it’s being sent back and forth with an ever changing tracking number. Have sent numerous emails to customer care to no avail. Waiting for a return of R1,499 and I’m a single mother! No customer care, no moral compass either Takealot
