No customer care

Most frustrating and sad service I’ve ever received. The app said that I’d receive my product by the 28/06. I tried contacting them on the 29/06 and was totally ignored. The item was paid for and it looks like I’ll have to fight for my refund cause I don’t want the product anymore and I really don’t want to deal with them or purchase from takealot again.
