No credit on cancelled order

I returned and item last week Thursday had the package and contains was horrible. Upon my returned i asked them to credit my account and not replace. I was told to wait till i get the sms for delivery, i received the sms on the 15th i then asked them to cancel according to Takealot.com the order was canceled. Up until today it still shows that its shipped for the 18th June nothing was received and i am still waiting for my credit.

Its now 5 days since this supposed be canceled and i dont have my credit. Still did not receive any feedback as they were waitihg for it to be returned to the warehouse
