No credit - and run around

I had purchased appletiser from take a lot just over a week ago (29/09/2021), I then saw that there was a recall for this product so I asked the consultant via the website what I must do. They said I must not accept delivery which I did. Now they cannot locate the product and since have sent people to collect the product on a daily basis, I have sent a number of mails but they don't understand, and when you try the number it cuts out. How can I return a product I don't have and also cant get my credit. I think this amounts to theft on take-alot's side, cos how can the driver not have given the merchandise back. No one calls me even though I have given my contact details a million times and a new rep answers my mail and never gets to the bottom. Surely if they took the product back I don't have it
