No contact numbers - what's with that Takealot.com?

<p>I needed to speak to someone at Takealot.com today about one of their produts, but surprise surprise! There is no phone number on the website, or on their Facebook page. This is really poor service - sometimes it's much easier to pick up the phone and speak to someone than sending a message and waiting hours or days for a person to get back to you. I'm not impressed!</p>
