No contact numbers because you know the service is ****?

So i ordered a phone on 8 May 2020 to be delivered to me on 9May 2020. the site tells me for an additional R100 i can get my phone delivered to me over the weekend on the saturday( 9 may). i pay the extra money. i dont get it on saturday, i dont even get it on sunday. i need it for monday so that i can work. so i cant send you emails because the auto-response says you wont respond. i cant call because you dont answer. i cant submit my damn complaint on your site because it just says "Page not found". Your system designed to rob people of their peace of mind. how hard is it to give a client an update. so i basically paid that extra money for no damn reason. and i cant even request a refund. Takealot... your service is absolutely pathetic.
