No Contact Number, delyed delivery

Takealot does not have any reference to a contact number on their website or Google search engine. My work address is clear and transparent, various staff members receive Takealot parcels at this address on a daily basis. I am not accepting this nonsense: "Insufficient address details. We'll contact you to verify the address and reschedule delivery". I'm still waiting for a phone call. My purchase has been pushed out for the past three days!
