No contact number a big mistake

<p>Takealot is clearly moving away from allowing people to phone them. No contact number listed anywhere on their website. Google can't help. Eventually tracked down a number that still works and it was confirmed that they're planning to get rid of this option altogether. As someone who has worked in marketing for many years, this is a ludicrous decision. You will never solve all your issues through a FAQ page or an online chat (not even available yet). I'd prefer to find an online retailer who is prepared to talk to their customers.</p>
