No contact email for Takealot to adress invoice access issues.

I requested an invocie for a delivered item like I have done many times. However, it will not open. All I want to do is contact Takealot to send it in a .pdf format of fix their fricken problem!!! But you cannot contact Takealot. their help centre only has access to questions they want you to ask. not real issues like invoices that will not open. What next? Andy
