No contact details for returns

I have purchased a piece of equipment and it is not suitable for use I desperately want to speak to an agent however all the numbers listed on the web do not exist so I cannot do a return. You cannot e-mail them either so how does one contact them to action a return?

Yes its an online business but surely there are people to help you as well?
