Takealot is one of the best businesses I have ever encountered.
But they do have a fatal flaw which I have seen a couple of times in the past.
There is no way to contact them.
So I am hoping this review will allow me to contact them with my issue which can't be sorted out through an FAQ or an annoying bot.

Its weird I can contact the Takealot Credit guys easy but not Takealot.
I have not been credited for R300 and now I have been double charged for Takealot More.
This is wrong.
