No contact details

I bought a headphone case cover and one of the zippers fell of on the first day. Te other fell of a couple days later.

I have requested a return of this item to takealot and I have no idea where it is in the process on their side.

I have not received any correspondence from them and I don't know how to get a hold of them. Maybe they''' respond as to take the defective product back and refund me my money.
