NO CONTACT AND NO DELIVERY

I purchased masks which per law is mandatory so perfect, Takealot is delivering. Well how disappointed I am. No one called me to arrange delivery but everytime I check they say I was not available!! Bull!!!!! I have been waiting and waiting. Paid R60 deliver and for what???????? Also we cannot contact anyone telephonically which is pathetic so I was not able to get the reason for non-delivery?? What has happened to takealot?? Shocking
