No confirmation of delivery time

This is the 3rd time thatTakealot could not deliver my parcels on time.

Parcel # ********** 4 was supposed to be delivered yesterday before 17:00; but then I got a notification that it can not be delivered, and delivery will take place today. Nobody from the Takealot offices contacted me to schedule a suitable time slot for the driver to deliver the parcel; so the driver came to my gate without informing me "and that whilst I'm at the office".

Should my parcel not be delivered today by 16:30 I will write an article on all the social media sites with regards to never receiving parcels in time on the schedule dates.
