No compassion for your customer

I bought a dinning room set from Takealot after 3 months one chair broke I sent it back I am now being told my Noelle that I can not return it without the original packaging how must I keep this big boks for 12 months it is unreasonable to expect it. I have spent thousands at this place and this is the service I get it’s disgusting.
