No compassion for senior people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a tv for older friends of mine. The advertising was unclear. When it arrived we realised that it was not a smart tv (this should have been included in the advert for those who are not technically minder.. We returned it. (the condition one buys online is that if not satisfied you are able to return it). When the takealot person arrived to pick it up they removed it from the box so that they could check it. They were not informed that the box needed to be sealed. Now takealot refuse to take it back. This was a luxury for them and I am horified that they are treated so badly. In these economic times takealot should be more thoughtful towards senior people. They need to be careful as Amazon is coming and with this shocking service they loose customers - including me!!!
