No communication/No delivery

I placed the following order # ********** 3, on the 27.11.17 with delivery to be made by 01.12.17, when quering this delivery status yesterday when it was meant to be delivered I was told that the parcel had not even left Cape Town yet. Then I was told it will be in Port Elizabeth yesterday afternoon whereby I could then arrange collection. This again failed and I was forced to make another follow up at 21h00 last night whereby I was promised I will have feedback within the hour. I needed my parcel for this afternoon hence why I placed the order? This is the worst service I have ever received from such a "well known" company.
