No communication - return delayed for WEEKS

I've bad communication from takealot regarding the return of a faulty product. I dropped the faulty item off in its original packaging, however i did't pack 1 lan cable because i didn't see it. My return is stuck in the same phase for weeks now. I don't get any feedback unless i phone or follow up. They send a driver to collect the missing component without arranging with me, so the driver left without the component as I was not at home
