No communication re LOST PARCEL

I have been trying to make contact with Takealot but to no avail. Apparently, the order I placed that was due for delivery 3 days ago got lost in transit according to the status when I track my order. There have been no emails or calls to advise when I can expect the order.

How does one get hold of this place?? There is absolutely no customer service!!!!
