No communication!!! No proper feedback nothing!!!

If something can go from bad to worse it it the utter disgust in your communication with returns!

Firstly i struggle to get my 15 piece Berhlinger Haus pot set returned , then it becomes a hassle as the driver stated "only return the pots not the utensils" this was sorted soon enough my whole return is declined due to negligence. How on earth does one neglect pots that were being used for not more that 3 or 4 times and be told that you have not cared for it properly after sacrificing to purchase them cash! I'm disgusted by your service. No manager gas called me as per my request staff dont even know how to spell or pronounce your name correctly. No communication unless you call them to find out whats happening.
