No communication. No help.

<p>I ordered an item that was on the R99 sale and as I was completing the order, the price changed. Agents there couldn't help me and didn't seem interested. The following day I found the same item on sale and placed an order which was a Thursday. They said my order will be ready the next Tuesday to collect. I went to collect and they stated the supplier hasn't delivered more. Later that day, I got an email to state that my order has been cancelled as this item will not be restocked. I emailed for assistance and only received standard, automated copy and paste responses. Very poor service and still no item. </p>
