No communication horrible service delivery delay

My order wouldn't have came today of I didn't follow up I held the line for 1 hour 15 minutes just to get connected to someone for help to ask why is my order is not moving the driver gets her and my items are short I go on the app and it shows the item will be delivered Friday mo communication whatsoever I am a very loyal customer the service I got today was absolutely disgusting to say the least no communication 1 hour 15 hold que and the driver delivers half my order no explanation whatsoever only after my second email today after the call and what no i only get a response to say the driver is coming will be late why didn't they inform me that my order won't be complete this was such horrible service I have to now wait for my order till Friday which was not planned I expected my full order today and not half of it !!!!
