NO COMMUNICATION FROM TAKEALOT DRIVERS !

I would just like to say that I am not impressed with takealot’s delivery service that I received. My order was supposed to arrive today but was not delivered as the driver did not contact me to let me know he was outside my house. I only received an SMS saying I missed my delivery and now I had to reschedule my delivery to be delivered on 20 February 2024. This is really unacceptable takealot !!
