NO communication from Takealot

I purchased an induction stove, pan, and pot combo. After the first use, I noticed that the Teflon coating on the pot was peeling off. It can easily be sc****d off with a fingernail.

I have returned the pot only in the package, requesting a replacement. However, I was informed that the pot was misused and would not be exchanged.

I have sent four emails to the following addresses:

Despite these efforts, I have not received any communication from Takealot.
