No communication, bad service.

I ordered things to mark my kids school stuff on the 11 January 2024, a Thursday. I opted for Saturday delivery. I got no messages of order which was strange but I left it. Saturday they didn’t deliver before I left work, so I phoned them to tell the driver to call me before coming as I live 2 minutes away. The consultant said he would do that. Nothing happened. Monday I see on their website that their comment was that there was no one at the address, it will be rescheduled for another day. I was angry because I didn’t get a message or call as stated. Tuesday I saw in the morning that it was to be delivered today before 5pm and yet again no delivery. After work I tried getting hold of them just before 6 and a voicemail came saying they can’t take my call the office hours are from 8-7 but it was way before 7. I get home and see on my order that I’ve been credited. That’s it! No one ever contacted me to let me know what’s happening. I had to make other arrangements to get my kids stuff labelled. Pathetic service and I’ve never experienced this from them. I’ve been buying stuff since before they changed their name to Takealot.
