No communication and impossible website

Placed an order, payed for it and it got cancelled and I have not received a refund. The Cancellation notice said that no payment was received but I checked my transaction history on my bank app and I definitely did pay for it as it reflects on my account. Order reference number: ***. There is no way to get a hold of anyone on their website, the "Contact us" section just went to a Q&A page.
