No Communication

I pre-ordered a video game (Red Dead Redemption 2) on October 19th 2018 with the site telling me I would receive it on release day on October 26th 2018. Except on October 25th, the site updated the delivery date to October 29th which I only saw when I went to track the order. There were no emails to inform me of this and I still had to find there number online to call and ask why it was delayed - which is apparently due to the stock only arriving in Cape Town on the 26th. To top this all off it's not possible for me to get a refund until the video game arrives in which I won't even be available to collect and return it until over a week later.
