No communication

Hi I recieved a massage from takealot that my package is ready for collection "Hi wilson. Your Takealot order #***2 is ready at Pretoria North Pickup Point. Directions and unique QR code here http://take.al/t/6HvM4" to my suprise the following day 2020/10/16 the hub at wonderboom where I suppose to collect the parcel has not opened. As I had received a massage yesterday you could have sent me the massage even today to inform me that the hub is not opening today.Now had to drive from the orchards only to find the hub closed and that involves costs and time. Can you please contact me to assist with this problem cause I can not afford to incur further costs.
