No Communication

This is now the second order I placed with them, when after the payment was made they were out of stock. They're supposed to update their website daily. Every time I ordered an item it was in stock, but the day after the payment was made I received an email saying that the item ordered is out of stock and that i will be refunded, which is fine. The first order I placed was the 1st of March the order was due for delivery on the 18th of March. I made the payment and on the 14th of March two weeks later they let me know that the item was out of stock. Which is unacceptable.
