No Commitment for Customer service - looking for easy way out.

I am not happy with your arrogant approach to this Canceling of my order.

You lose my order and I have to pay now more due to it being on sale when I got it

And you don’t even have the decency to let me know early to not make your delivery guys feel bad for not delivering the parcel - just to let you know - Mike in the Tzaneen area is the greatest delivery person I have dealt with in my life.

Please note that this will be my last order with you and then from here I will look for an alternative online buying company

Please look at how much I have spent in the last year with you

I had to rearrange my family to stay home to collect the parcel to wait there till 5 pm with no call or any sorry before the time - no regard for personal interest - just - Give your money and be happy we serving you - approach

I will take this to Hallo Peter on the bad service I got as a clear indication of your appreciation for your customers and disregard for a happy customer

Then due to covid you just completely shut your phones - really not interested in customer service
