No Collection Because I live IN SOWETO!!

I logged a return request for my steamer RRN-af29-c06c on the 13th December 2017 todate no one has come to collect the item daily i get emails for rescheduling and nothing is coming out of it. I struggle to make veges for my daughter daily when will i get collection or is it because i chose the item to be collected in soweto and not in Houghton?

When will takealot come to collect the below agents claim to have called me and my phone has no records of calls or even missed calls so why lie???
