No cancellation of order available as they say on the site

This is not the first time takealot messed up my order and there is no support whatsoever as we are in the lockdown, the phone lines are no longer working and the email service (***) bring back a message, this email wont be rep**** to. The worst, the help online says one thing and there is nothing like it on the site.

I dont think they should be allowed to continue doing business with all **** information and no support.

I want to cancel my order as its not yet shipped and get my refund as I cannot wait for 2 weeks. So, I started to look for help for on takealot website, it says, in your account, click on order detail and than click on cancel if its not shipped. There is no such option in my order even though it says it will be shipped on the 8th of June which is in 10 days time.

I would like to cancel my order immediately and bet a refund back not credit into my account, REFUND
