No cancel button on Takealot

I want to cancel my order. I thought there was an error when it said it will be shipped on the 24th May. I have never received an order 3 days after payment more especially with Takealot. Takealot is popular for their efficient delivery. Waiting for 15 days for an item is not something I am willing to do and I would like the refund to be cash and not voucher. I don’t think I will use takealot again.
