No callback from Takealot Delivery Courier as promised

Got a call from Takealot Delivery Courier at 09:28, the lady said that they are trying deliver my credit card. I asked her to phone back in 5 minutes as my boss was at my desk. The lady on the phone got an attitude about it but said that she would phone me back. She did not phone me back, however I did receive an SMS literally 2 minutes later saying "we are trying to reach you". I am disappointing in this lady's lack of service.
