No call for delivery and bad service from call centre!

I was expecting delivery on the 8th Dec 2017. Takealot never called me to say they are here to deliver and they returned my products back to the delivery branch in Jhb.

I spoke with Luke Izaks from the call centre and he said I must wait in the reception area on the day of delivery otherwise the delivery person will leave!

This is ridiculous to tell a customer to wait in their work reception area from 08:00 until 17:00 to wait for a delivery to a work address! A simple phone call would have ensured I get my parcel on the delivery day! They always call me when they arrive but it seems you need to sit in reception the whole day now for them to deliver to you!!

Takealot, your service is getting worse and worse! I will NEVER buy from you again!!
