No call back. Terrible customer service
I returned an item to take a lot on the 16 november. They cancelled the return and I have contacted 4 different people at their returns depart to get the item back or my money back. All of them say they will investigate and get back to me. Not one of them phoned me back. Its taken a month and a half of calls and not one of them have helped me conclude the transaction. I have never come across such an awful customer service ever. This will be the last thing me or anyone I know will buy from take a lot. Useless consultants.

We've gone over the details of your return request and have noted that there has been some disagreement w.r.t. the accessories of the item not being returned with the unit. Our returns policy requires us to collect the product as well as any accompanying accessories and parts in order to process a request. When this is not the case it can unfortunately lead to delays as with your request.
Our complaints team is however liaising with the relevant departments to get clarity on the status of this matter so that it can be resolved today still. They'll be in touch with you as soon as they've received the necessary feedback.
